By making a booking you agree to the following terms and conditions which are considered to be an integral part of the said booking and are publicly available on the ECP website or by request.

People using the ECP website for any reason whatsoever and more specifically for booking for services rendered by the ECP through the vouchers purchased from ECP (“ECP Vouchers”) subject themselves to and agree to the terms and conditions of ECP when accessing the website as set out herein below.

ECP authorizes the user to view, copy and download to a local drive, print and distribute the contents of the website or any part thereof provided that such information is used for information and/or non commercial purposes only.

Intellectual property rights in respect of the ECP website are internationally and nationally protected by law and they remain the property of ECP and these rights and all other rights to this site are expressly protected reserved.

The use of the ECP site by any user is expressly governed by the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (“The Act”) and all users are expressly bound by the provisions thereof.

The agreement for the redemption of the ECP voucher shall only come into effect if and when the booking in respect of the ECP voucher is made and accepted by ECP. ECP always reserves the right to refuse to accept and/or execute a booking without any obligation to give reasons for such refusal.

ECP further reserves the right to cancel any booking in whole or in part in ECP’s sole and absolute discretion.
ECP further expressly reserves the right to alter, amend, and/or add to the information set out in these terms and conditions.  The users undertake to always and regularly acquaint themselves with the changes, amendments and/or additions to the contents of these term and conditions.

ECP shall always protect the users’ privacy and as such no personal information of any user shall be disclosed to any third party without the permission of the user first had and obtained provided that ECP is entitled to disclose such information to its business associates for business purposes.

Users undertake to protect their identities at all times and not to disclose their usernames and passwords to any third parties and they indemnify ECP against any damage and loss as a result of such disclosure.

Subject to the Provisions of sections 43(5) and 43(6) of the Act, ECP shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or any liability of whatsoever nature arising from the use of or inability to use or access the site for booking purposes.

ECP furthermore makes no representations or warranties, implied or otherwise, that the contents of these terms and conditions are free from any errors or omissions.

These terms and conditions of use constitute the entire agreement between the user and ECP. Any failure, delay or indulgence on the part of ECP to exercise or enforce any of its rights hereunder or any provision of the agreement and these terms and conditions shall in no way constitute a waiver of such right or decision not to enforce such a provision.
All ECP vouchers are valid for a period of 12 (twelve) calendar months from the date of purchase but they shall be capable of extension by ECP in its sole and absolute discretion.

All ECP vouchers are non-refundable but transferable to the user’s successors-in-title or assigns and such transferability shall remain subject to the sole and absolute discretion of ECP.

All ECP vouchers are redeemed subject to additional acknowledgements fully set out in the confirmation report issued by ECP on the date of redemption of any ECP voucher. Such acknowledgements are incorporated into these terms and conditions by reference and users undertake to acquaint themselves with the contents of such acknowledgements.
